The Housing Authority of the City of West Plains is accepting proposals for the HUD required annual NSPIRE inspections. The Housing Authority consists of the following: Two high-rise buildings (172 units) with common areas Forty-six duplex apartments, with one common building Fifty-five scattered site houses
Proof of insurance and bonding will be required. Please submit proposal for a two-year contract with the option to renew for a third year. The proposals will be reviewed on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the Housing Authority office located at 302 Walnut Street. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposal.
