Walnut Grove is a 6-story high rise building designated for the occupancy of elderly and disabled individuals.  The building provides 74 apartments, with 10 of the units offering accessible features.  Non-accessible apartments feature bath tubs.  Kitchens are recently updated, with a stove and refrigerator furnished.  All utilities are included with the assigned tenant rent for the property, providing for streamlined budgeting for those with limited income.  Laundry facilities are available for coin-operated use.  Resident activities are scheduled on a monthly calendar and may include Bingo, movie nights, holiday and birthday parties, and musical entertainment.  A full-time custodian services the common areas of the building, and maintenance is on call 24/7 for emergency work orders or building issues.  City bus service and Meals on Wheels delivery is provided during the week. 

South Tower

South Tower is a 9-story high rise building with 97 apartments and multiple bedroom sizes offered: efficiency (studio), 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom. All apartments have showers in the bathroom. The spacious kitchens have been recently updated, with a stove and refrigerator furnished. All utilities are included with the assigned tenant rent for the property, providing for streamlined budgeting for those with limited income. Laundry facilities are available for coin-operated use. A full-time custodian services the common areas of the building, and maintenance is on call 24/7 for emergency work orders or building issues. City bus service and Meals on Wheels delivery is provided during the week. The building is within easy walking distance of downtown West Plains and the Court Square.

Crestwood Circle

Crestwood Circle is a duplex community featuring 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Conveniently located near the West Plains schools, Crestwood Circle features two new playgrounds for easy family time. Units are furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and washing machine hookup. Exterior features include front and back porches, as well as an attached storage room. The duplexes are currently undergoing a full renovation including installing new kitchens, new interior doors and hardware, and vinyl plank flooring. Interior photos will be provided soon. A utility allowance, including weekly trash service, is included with the calculated rent. Maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for emergency work orders or building issues. Weekly lawn service is furnished at Crestwood Circle.

Homes are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer hookup. All units have a garage or storage shed. The units in the 37-3 development have a mix of brick and siding on the exterior. Recent updates include new roofs, kitchens, and interior doors. A utility allowance, including weekly trash service, is included with the calculated rent. MO 37-6 development

The homes in the MO 37-6 development are scattered among the city limits of West Plains. The development features 3 and 4-bedroom units, some of which offer accessible features. Homes are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer hookup. All units have a full-brick exterior and have a storage room accessible from the exterior of the home. The development has recently replaced roofs. A utility allowance, including weekly trash service, is included with the calculated rent.
