Maintenance Specialist
The West Plains Housing Authority is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full time, temporary position of Maintenance Specialist. This position is an at-will assignment, and will end when the grant funding from the Affordable Housing Program grant is expended. The successful candidate will have a diverse background in electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and overall property/building maintenance; and previous experience laying vinyl plank flooring and cove base. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and possess the tools and equipment related to general remodeling, including his/her own vehicle (mileage provided). Candidate will be eligible for employee benefits after waiting periods are completed, providing the temporary appointment has not ended.
