Unit Modernization Specialist:

The West Plains Housing Authority is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Unit Modernization Specialist. The successful candidate will have a diverse background in building, repairing and maintaining residential units, including a minimum of two years’ professional experience in multiple building trades. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and be subject to a drug screen; criminal background check; and driving record check. The chosen candidate will be eligible for employee benefits and matching retirement after waiting periods are completed. Work schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week.
