Place: Brill Community Room; 302 Walnut Street (Walnut Grove Apartments)

Purpose: Public Hearing to receive comments on: Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policies; Section 8 Administrative Plan; HOTMA Provisions

Public notice is hereby given that the West Plains Housing Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing in the Brill Community Room at Walnut Grove Apartments; 302 Walnut Street; West Plains, MO 65775; on Thursday, May 29, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. At this time, any person may be heard regarding changes in the ACOP and Section 8 Administrative Plan, including HOTMA provisions. The hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons may attend the hearing and will have the opportunity to express their views with respect to the items of purpose. Written comments pursuant these items may also be submitted to the undersigned prior to the hearing. Additional information regarding these documents may be obtained in advance of the hearing from the undersigned. All documents to be reviewed are on display at the office of the Authority, 302 Walnut Street; West Plains, MO, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Authority makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with a person’s ability to participate in public meetings.
