The Housing Authority of the City of West Plains, Missouri will receive sealed bids for New Storage Building For: West Plains Housing Authority, West Plains, Missouri until February 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time) at the West Plains Housing Authority, 302 Walnut St., Apt 1000, West Plains, Missouri, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on January 21, 2026 at 3:00 pm (local time). This meeting will commence in the West Plains Housing Authority, 302 Walnut St., Apt 1000, West Plains, MO. Electronic plans and specifications may be obtained through the office of the Architect, Esterly Schneider & Associates, Inc., AIA located at 1736 E. Sunshine St., Suite 417, Springfield, Missouri at no cost and sent by email.
