Place: Brill Community Room; 302 Walnut Street (Walnut Grove Apartments)

Purpose: Public Hearing to receive comments on: the 5-Year PHA Plan and the 2026-2030 Capital Fund 5-Year Action Plan Budgets; Utility Allowance Information

Public notice is hereby given that the West Plains Housing Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing in the Brill Community Room at Walnut Grove Apartments; 302 Walnut Street; West Plains, MO 65775; on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. At this time, any person may be heard regarding the 5-Year PHA Plan and the 2026-2030 Capital Fund 5-Year Action Plan Budgets. Provisions related to utility allowances will also be reviewed and commented on.

The hearing will be open to the public. All interested persons may attend the hearing and will have the opportunity to express their views with respect to the items of purpose. Written comments pursuant these items may also be submitted to the undersigned prior to the hearing. Additional information
regarding these documents may be obtained in advance of the hearing from the undersigned. All
documents to be reviewed are on display at the office of the Authority, 302 Walnut Street; West Plains, MO, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The Authority makes reasonable accommodations for any known disability that may interfere with a
person’s ability to participate in public meetings. Persons needing an accommodation must notify the Authority, by telephone at the number below or in writing at the address below, no later than five (5) days prior to the hearing to allow adequate time to make needed arrangements.
